This kind of machine is the most successful and most sold product of Hongji due to its outstanding performance and high output. Taken the concept of consistent loop forming force and precise turning point of ground yarn and loops into account, the new designed sinker creates the perfect loop shape. Further more, there are various sinkers with different loop-height for choice. The machine is suitable for velvet, meshed pile structure, crush velvet, and all 2-track pique terry. The shearing loss within 15% leads primary loops to v-formed (cuspidal) and further lowers loss of grasping, shearing and napping.


  Area of Application  

The products include not only basic pile structure, but also brush terry or micro fiber fleece which are formed in after treatment processing. Fabrics can be used for high-class dress, sportswear, children dress, men/women dress, industrial cloth.
